Glowing Transformation
This was so fun to do. I did not select the one with color options and chose this standard color.Color options are probably available but I got what I was looking for.This does not have a timer or a remote but it works well. Especially for the price. Durability doesn’t seem to be an issue. I think it’s copper wire so it’s easy to bend how you want it to bend.Once it’s in place, it seems to be tangle resistant. Pay attention while unraveling the lights. Once you find the starting point, take your time and and unravel it. Don’t rush or stretch it, you’ll only cause self-inflicted frustration.All that wall, and all the stands and I still have plenty left over. I’ve got a few ideas what to do with the remaining.By with confidence.

Find a different brand or prepare to get what you get
Eleven strings lit. One string was defective-never worked. There is a warranty and I emailed the support address given on card inside the package requesting a replacement string. I included a shot of my invoice-I paid $13 plus tax for 12 strings. The reply -which was quick-from Brightown was to offer $1 plus tax bc they don’t have individual strings to offer replacements.Lights are bright. They each take two of the 2032 button batteries. They very conveniently include a wee screwdriver to open them. The plastic body is pretty weak and thin so proceed gently because while the battery is replaceable, the body isn’t.

Lasts longer than I expected!
I used these fairy lights to illuminate a wooden train track layout for kids to play with while waiting to visit Santa at a “Christmas at Camp” over two weekends. I used all 12 strings attached to the sides of the track with poster putty. Every strand worked as expected, and has continued to work after 14 hours of running. I received many complements on the lights.For the low cost and simplicity of operation, these can’t be beat. The only downside is that the switch to turn them on and off is tiny, but works well.

Great quality
The lights are very bright and the true cool white/blue color. The length is perfect for a mason jar as I was hoping they would be for a table centerpiece. The small battery pack is nice as it is easy to hide. Lights come wrapped very nicely, just be careful unwrapping – there’s the end that you have to untuck and unwrap that way.

Works Great While Battery Holds Out
I bought these lights to use for Christmas/winter decor. They work great while the battery holds out but the quality of the battery is not very good. They will be nice and bright for the first 24 hours and then by the next day the lights will be far more dim. The lights are totally burned out in 3-4 days. If I was better about shutting these on and off I’m sure I’d have gotten more use out of them. As they don’t have a remote it’s difficult to turn them off and on especially after hiding the battery packs. I’m planning on keeping them and buying better quality batteries to see if that helps.That being said, changing out the batteries is not very easy, the first time one of the strings burnt out I thought it was a dud battery and you have to unscrew the plastic box to swap the batteries out (tony little screws) If you are planning on using these once for an evening/wedding or single event these would be perfect, you’d probably get about 4 or 5 events out of them and the price was definitely right, but they are not practical for continuous use.

We put the lights up around the windows, the front door window, over and around potted plants, imitation miniature trees and in pumpkins for Hallowe’en. They’re still shining after 20 hours so far, meaning the included replaceable battery life is good. The wires are flexible and strong, considering how fine they are and we shaped them into heart shapes 💕 and stars ✨ using tape in the plumpkins 🎃 🎃 and windows. With the range of colours in the set, these are practical all year round and in all seasons. I’ll be adding them to wreaths for the door for any festive season; also around picture frames, over the potted plants, later onto the Christmas trees 🎄, around vases and seasonal ornaments. These are a bargain and I’ll definitely order more; twelve is not enough! The colours are bright and true and it’s hard to pick a favourite; green and purple looked great in the plumpkins and windows, blue, green, red and warm white would brighten Christmas. They’d bring a bit of cheer to any festival and they seem to be reasonably moisture proof so far too, being in two outdoor plumpkins 🎃 🎃.I like these lights very much. I highly recommend them and will buy more.
