    I’ve been cooking Chef Bai’s recipes for a literal decade. With this book, I’m guaranteed to have another decade of enjoyable, delicious, easy-to-follow weekly meals. Breaking Up With Dairy is a staple cookbook. I’m in a household with varying diets (plant-based! vegetarian! dairy free! gluten free! picky as heck and wary of anything with a vegetable!), yet Chef Bai’s recipes tend to be in the center of our family meal Venn Diagram each week. New to plant-based cooking? Start with Chef Bai’s mac and cheese, end with a full and satisfied belly.

    Love dairy but this book has me hooked
    I’m a massive fan of cheese so the idea of breaking up with dairy was quite daunting but Chef Bai has created so many incredibly easy and delicious recipes that I’m hooked. The cashew milk is super easy to make and great in my morning coffee while the mac and cheese is my new addiction. I’ll be honest, a cheese board is probably still in my near future but these recipes definitely will limit my dairy consumption is a real way!

    This is the book I wish was around when I broke up with dairy a decade ago. The recipes are simple, easy to follow and taste amazing! This is coming from someone who doesn’t cook much. If I can make them you can too! The book is aesthetic and a cute ode to breaking up with a toxic ex!     ABSOLUTELY STUNNING 😍 WORK OF ART FOR A COOKBOOK!I am so sososoosososoooo glad I bought this cookbook! Chef Bai has made a work of art with incredible recipes that stand out to the average person but takes no hard work at all to perfect with her easy to follow along recipes and easy ingredients. 😀I am floored just by the coffee creamer recipes and milk recipes and each one I’ve done has just impressed me even more! 😃. I am sooo freaking pumped to try the pizza mozzarella recipes and the feta cheese recipe!And for my son who is dairy intolerant this book is going to be a LIFESAVER, plus these recipes will be a DREAM to take to family gatherings .Thank you Bai!!! 😊
