Blue Jean and Purple AF
I’ll start this by saying I’ve used so many different colors from Arctic Fox and I still stand by this brand until my hair falls out and I need wigs. I might even dye my wigs with it if it comes to that 🤣 it smells great, I can leave it in for hours and it makes my hair feel fantastic! It doesn’t last forever, but I enjoy changing up my hair so I consider that a feature!Anyway, story time:I accidentally bought Blue Jean instead of Poseidon and I was initially disappointed. It looked too dark and grey.. the under part of my hair is lightened as well as the front “bangs” area. After my last round Poseidon washed out, I had planned to use Purple AF on the roots and Poseidon down the rest. I was gonna use the last but of Poseidon I had left, but accidentally got the wrong color and didn’t have enough of my last bottle left to do what i needed… I decided to just give it a shot with the new color anyway, (worst case scenario I’ll wash my hair more frequently and try again when it lightens up), but honestly this has been my FAVORITE combination I’ve done so far! Blue Jean Baby and Purple AF look SO good next to my natural brown hair! It’s one of my more subtle dye jobs, but I’m very happy with it! If you’re looking for two darkish colors for your next dye job, please let me convince you to try this out! I think I finally found my favorite!!

Bright, Vibrant, and Long-Lasting Color!
I absolutely love Arctic Fox Hair Dye! The colors are incredibly bright and vibrant, and they really pop. I’ve used it multiple times, and it’s become my go-to hair dye. One of the best things about it is that it doesn’t bleed like some other dyes, which means my clothes and sheets stay clean. It also lasts for a long time, staying rich and bold even after several washes.The application process is easy, and it’s gentle on my hair. I also appreciate that it’s cruelty-free and made with quality ingredients. Every time I use it, I’m amazed at how beautiful and long-lasting the color is.I’ve ordered it multiple times because I love how it makes my hair look and feel. Good stuff
I’ve completely sworn off permanent dye since finding this stuff. Since there are no ammonias or harsh chemicals it doesn’t wreck my hair–in fact my hair looks healthier after I dye it. Idk about anyone’s experiences with pink or green, I only use Transylvania to dye my hair black, but man this stuff is powerful and I love that it smells great, deposits color evenly and DOES NOT LOOK BLUE–it is true natural looking black. No need to bleach your hair despite recommendations but if you’re a natural blonde it might not be enough, though I use it to cover up some stray grays so hey you never know. If anything it might look more blue or artificial. It’s also cruelty free and a great value, everything else out there is expensive as all hek and doesn’t work nearly as well. Since it’s just literal dye and not ammonia I let it sit in my hair for an hour or two, it looks perfect and basically lasts forever. Highly recommend!

It’s a yes but…
It doesn’t last very long. As most of these don’t. The time it says is not how long it lasts. I understand it varies from person to person due to the types of hair products you use, water pressure and how often you wash your hair But, I put it to the test. I normally get Frose. I thought, maybe darker would last longer. No difference. No difference in different hair products either. It’s kind of a pain to keep doing this every 2 weeks. Not to mention it’s expensive. It’s also very hard to get out of the bottle. That might not be an AF thing though. I really like this and Frose but with the amount I need and $18 a bottle, I can’t do that every 2 weeks. I’m too poor and too cheap. If it lasted for a month, fine. But I’m going to look for a dye that lasts longer and preferably cheaper. Shame since those 2 colors are the exact colors I like. And of course, with any dye, the color is just an example. No one gets that color perfectly. Its pretty close but the color I get with both are what I want. So, maybe I’ll find 1 that lasts longer. I hope so. Manic Panic seems to but I don’t get the colors I get with Frose and this 1. IDK. So guess we’ll see.

Creates a nice tint on darker brown hair
One this dye smells amazing. Two my split and dying ends I should have cut are now conditioned enough to pass for a bit longer. Three my hair is a shade darker than the darkest brown example in the sample picture for this product so I knew it might not work but I am very happy to report I have a nice violet purple tint to my hair, just what I was hoping for! I left it in for about an hour and a half (plus the time it took to put it in). Literally just blow dried it so I can’t account to how it holds up but so far I am very happy. I never want to use bleach on my hair so I’m happy I can get a hint of color.

Ich habe schon öfters Arctic Fox Farben verwendetet und bin immer wieder super zufrieden damit. Ausgangshaarfarbe war ein verwaschenes dunkelblond mit helleren Strähnen (siehe Foto). Mit der Farbe Caytlin bin ich sehr zufrieden. Das blau ist Klasse! Das Foto ist nun einmal nach dem Waschen gemacht worden. Für meine länge benötige fast eine Tube. Klare Kaufempfehlung. 🙂
