One of the greatest cakes
This is one of the most delicious cakes I’ve had, of any type of recipe…gluten free or not. The texture reminds me of banana cake. It doesn’t have much lemon flavor, I’ll sprinkle some lemon juice on my next slice…but I love the flavor it does have. It has the perfect amount of sweetness for me. I’d been having this brand of cup cakes, now I want to try all their cakes.

Very good, dense traditional pound cake, with a nice lemony flavor. We buy this regularly and generally eat it cold, right out of the refrigerator, with afternoon coffee. Can’t fault it, so 5 stars.

I was on the hunt for a burst of lemon flavor, but sadly, it was quite elusive in this pound cake. Overall, it was a decent vegan option, though I must admit I’ve tasted better. While it had the right balance of sweetness, the distinct tang of lemon was noticeably absent, with only a faint hint emerging. On the plus side, the cake was remarkably fresh, perfectly sized, and wonderfully moist. The packaging, too, was delightful and charming, adding a nice touch to the experience.
