Inclusive for those with tree nut allergies
I’ve loved banana bread for as long as I can remember and it’s extremely rare to find one that’s just banana bread without any tree nuts. Not only is this great but it makes me feel just extremely happy that there’s someone out there thinking of us with tree nut allergies! It’s so hard to find good baked goods as almost everything has tree nuts in it.. the banana flavor is subtle but there just enough, the cake is moist but dense, and your standard pound cake sized loaf.. if I could make suggestions I would say maybe a little more banana flavoring and just a little less dense but it is a banana pound cake after all. Loved it! And I love ABE’s for making tree nut free products for those of us out there with nut allergies that want to be able to enjoy baked goods too, can’t wait to try more products.
