Love this cookbook
and so do my somewhat picky kiddos (ages 6 and 9). So far our family favorites are Sun-dried Tomato Alfredo Penne w Broccoli; Udon Ginger Miso Soup w Vegetables; Rice Noodle and Kale Bowl w Ginger Almond Butter Dressing; and Smoky Tofu Bowl w Spicy Mayo. I let my husband and kids each choose two recipes a week that they want to try and then I put together my shopping list. It makes dinner prep for a week really easy and we end up with these really nice wholesome meals that are new staples in our home. Sometimes I double the recipe so we can have lunch leftovers. Definitely highly recommend this cookbook for anyone , vegan or non vegan, looking for some really yummy , easy, flavorful meals.
I’ve followed her Instagram for years and her recipes and pictures have always looked so appetizing. So when I heard she was coming out with a cookbook I preordered it and we’ve already tried about 7 recipes. Everything is so quick and easy and flavorful. My husband approves

Lots of good quick meals!
Plant based and cook pretty darn every meal . I don’t always have the time nor inclination to spend at least 30-45 min prepping and fixing meals every time. This has some good recipes with good variety and the meals really are quick to prepare. So if you are busy or just having a burned out with the kitchen type day this book is great.

Best vegan cookbook I’ve used
This is the best vegan cookbook I’ve used for several reasons: 1) every recipe has a beautifullarge picture, 2) she tells you exactly what to do during each step to maximize your 15 minute cooking time 3) the recipes are simple enough that I can follow them without grating some mythical ingredient or looking for an exotic spice. It’s helped us eat vegan meals when we were daunted by many other recipes. I think this is the perfect book to start with if you’re wondering how to start cooking vegan in the smallest amount of time possible.

Easy to Follow
I’ve been a vegan for over 4 years and have cooked just about every meal for those 4 years. Even though I would consider myself a more advanced cook, I enjoyed this cookbook. A youtuber tested many of the recipes and this made his top 10 list so I gave it a chance. I’ve made about 10 of the recipes so far and they have all been winners. If you are experienced, it’s easy to adjust the seasonings to your liking and to easily switch up the vegetables and proteins. Totally worth the price.

Simple, flavorful meals for the whole family!
Great book for anyone wanting to eat healthier, plant-based meals that don’t take a lot of time! I bought this book after being inspired by Janet’s beautiful Instagram meals! I’m working my way through the pages and each has been equally delicious. Truly simple dishes, but note you need to add a little time to account for the prep. But really, who doesn’t have 20 minutes to eat well? Double thumbs up from the whole family!

The cookbook I was looking for.
This is a great cookbook. I received it two weeks ago and every meal has been delicious with easy-to-follow recipes. The photo of the resulting meal is on one page and the ingredients and directions on the opposite. It is very well done and I highly recommend it.

Delicious for all
Firstly, as Janet’s husband I’m more than a little biased. However, I really do know how good this cookbook is. I’ve eaten most, if not all, of the meals in this book and can say they are extremely delicious. Having seen firsthand the sheer amount of work that went into the writing of this book, I’m not in the slightest bit surprised at how good the meals are. I watched while Janet made and remade meals to ensure they were perfect, and that they could be made in under 15 minute (I was also a tester to ensure a non cook could do it in time using just the recipe and instructions from the book)Janet meticulously poured over her cookbook to make it fantastic, and I recommend everyone take advantage of the fruits of her labor

I love this book. The recipes are easy to follow, healthy, and once you have a base amount of ingredients it’s easy to plan and find something that works in the book.I also usually cut down the sweetness level of most recipes but have found the ratios this book uses right on for salt and sweetness. To be clear- I am not vegan. This is still the most helpful and useful book as it helps integrate more veggies and you can easily add meat if you want. Having said that- I usually just make it as is- and ad lib the veggies. This book has also made it so that I know how to make a lot of Asian style sauces that I would have no clue how to do before. That in itself is worth it imo.Really really delicious recipes. I am really happily surprised!!!

I love that most of the recipes are simple. She says they are 15 minute meals but some do take a bit longer but nothing in the book looks very complicated. Glad I purchased this book after PBwithJ rated it 1st out of his top 10 recipe books.
